Peachtree City Accidents Lawyer

An Experienced Lawyer Working For You

Big Firm Experience and Small Firm Attention

After practicing for 18 years at the downtown Atlanta firm of Carlock, Copeland, Semler & Stair, LLP, attorney Doug Wilde opened his own practice in July 2003 in Peachtree City, Georgia. He established this firm to represent individuals who have been seriously injured by the negligent or willful conduct of others.

Although still representing a few select corporate clients, including The Kroger Co., Doug's personal injury practice primarily serves victims of auto and truck accidents, unsafe premises, pharmacy malpractice and other injuries ranging from golf cart crashes to contaminated food. Having represented retail grocery chains, we also have special experience in false arrest and false imprisonment cases. Our firm represents clients throughout Fayette County, the greater Atlanta area and across north Georgia.

As an avid bicyclist, Doug has a special passion for representing those injured in bicycle accidents. His practical experience gives Doug a unique perspective on the rights of cyclists — rights so often ignored by the motoring public. As a cycling enthusiast, he has the background to best convey the full extent of damages, both physical and emotional, arising from a bike accident.
